Uma Thurman and her boyfriend Arpad Busson kept the name of their baby girl secret since they welcomed her. Answering people's questions, Thurman's representative has finally disclosed the name officially.
The actress' representative, Gabriella Kachman, told PEOPLE, "I would like to announce Uma and Arki's daughter's name for the first time officially: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, better known to family and friends as Luna."
Kachman didn't tell the media about the meaning of the particular name and the reason why they gave their child such a name. She just said, "Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father."
Thurman and Busson started dating in 2007. The founder and Chairman of the EIM Group then proposed to the actress in June 2008. They ended their relationship on November 15, 2009, but they rekindled at the Paris Fashion show in early 2011.
The couple announced the "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" star's pregnancy back in February. The blonde beauty then gave birth to their first daughter together on July 15.
Luna is not the 42-year-old actress' first daughter. She has already had 14-year-old daughter named Maya Ray from her marriage with actor Ethan Hawke. She also has 10-year-old son named Levon Thurman-Hawke. They split in 2003.
Meanwhile, the baby girl is Busson's first daughter. The 49-year-old French financier has 14-year-old and 9-year-old sons named Arpad Flynn Alexander Busson and Aurelius Cy Andrea Busson from his previous relationship with model Elle Macpherson.
