Kevin Clash Accuser Insists He Didn't Lie and Wants Out of Settlement

The voice of "Sesame Street" famous character Elmo, Kevin Clash, has a new problem on his hands. Just when he thought that he could quietly resume his life once again and go back to work, a new twist happens in his case.

According to a report from TMZ, Sheldon Stephens, the struggling actor/model who accused the 52-year-old puppeteer of having sex with him while he was underage, insists that he did not lie about his story. He now also wants to undo the settlement deal he signed just a few days ago.

The 23-year-old Stephens also claims that he did not want to sign the agreement in the first place, but was pressured to do so at that moment. He regrets signing the deal and is now talking to lawyers in Los Angeles who could help him undo his actions.

In the settlement agreed upon by the two sides earlier, Clash allegedly agreed to pay his accuser $125,000 for him to publicly retract his underage sex claim. Though Stephens signed the agreement, sources revealed to TMZ that he was literally crying throughout the final negotiations with Clash's lawyers and repeatedly said he didn't want to sign.

With this new turn of events, Stephens is now saying to his lawyers that he is willing to forfeit the $125,000 in order to restore the dignity of his name. Meanwhile, Clash's lawyers said he would have no comment on the settlement story.

Rihanna's 777 Tour Went Chaotic as Journalist Stripped Naked on Plane

RihannaRihanna caused a frustrated journalist to go nude when she recently didn't give any chances for the press to communicate with her. The naked journalist was believed to work at Melbourne's Fox FM in Australia. The crowd cheered while watching the undressed guy running across the cabin.

The other journalists jetted with Rihanna were also disappointed at the R&B singer. In a video uploaded on YouTube, the journalists shouted the "We Found Love" hitmaker's nickname, RiRi, many times to ask her to come out and see them. They also shouted, "I need a headline," and "Just one quote!"

Fuse News Reporter Esteban Serano, who watched the chaos, reported that every journalist was ready to take a glimpse of Rihanna on the plane with no success these days. He added, "We were looking for a story but we turned out to be the story."

Another journalist, Jason Newman, tweeted on Sunday, November 18, "Crowd chanted 'Just one quote!,' 'I need a headline!' and 'Occupy 777' while Aussie journo stripped naked and ran around the plane." Additionally, MTV journalist Mary H.K. Choi cynically tweeted, "The Australian with the harmonica STREAKED the plane as the press corp chanted. #RIHANNAPLANE #WHEREHAVEYOUBEENALLTHISFLIGHT."

The "Rude Boys" songstress had taken pictures and interacted with the passengers at first. However, she recently stopped seeing them, causing frustration among the crowd. The 24-year-old singer reportedly hid inside a special panic room on the jet plane.

Rolling Stone writer Jef Rosenthal revealed, "We haven't seen Rihanna offstage since the first day, unless you count her popping up at baggage claim for a few moments on the morning of the second."

Rihanna started the tour on Wednesday, November 14, accompanied by 150 journalists and a few lucky fans. First, she landed on Mexico City before jetting to Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, and Berlin. On Monday, November 19, she performed in London, while the next day, she will entertain the crowd of New York.

"I am so excited about the 777 Tour," RiRi uttered via her official site. "We are turning this jumbo jet into our tour bus. We're practically living on this thing for a week: sleeping, partying, all together. Me, my fans, the press... it's going to be a wild ride. I wanted it to be a rock n'roll adventure, and I think when it's over it will be the coolest thing I've ever done. I'm that excited about it."

Rihanna, Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and More Fight Pandora Over 'Internet Radio Fairness Act'

Rihanna, Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and More Fight Pandora Over 'Internet Radio Fairness Act'Katy Perry, Rihanna and Maroon 5 are among 125 popular musicians who have signed their names on an open letter to congress directly opposing the "Internet Radio Fairness Act". According to research, the bill, proposed by the popular music-streaming site Pandora Radio, could sharply cut musicians' royalty payments for up to 85 percent .

In the artists-signed letter titled "A Musicians' Perspective On Pandora", musicians such as Billy Joel, Missy Elliott, Ludacris and Pink Floyd criticized Pandora Media Inc. for seeking to cut royalty payments of artists when his or her songs are played over the Internet.

Pandora is currently lobbying U.S. Congress to pass the said bill that hopes to level the playing field when it comes to royalty rates paid to musicians. The bill suggests that online radio services pay studios and artists fees that are comparable to radio and satellite radio providers.

MusicFirst Coalition and SoundExchange are two organizations on the side of the musicians saying that such bill could "slash" musician's royalty payments for up to 85 percent if passed. However, Pandora insists that the current law penalizes new media and that the business model needs to change so that internet radio royalty fees are in line with what cable or satellite radio pays. Pandora gets a huge part of its funding through advertising, but the more listeners Pandora gains, the more money the internet music streaming company must pay for rights to stream such music.

The open letter states, "Why is the company asking Congress once again to step in and gut the royalties that thousands of musicians rely upon? That's not fair and that's not how partners work together." Billboard magazine is set to publish the letter in its entirety this weekend.

50 Cent Premieres Hot Underground Video 'First Date'

50 Cent Premieres Hot Underground Video 'First Date'Rapper, entrepreneur and actor 50 Cent has released his new hot and raunchy clip for the track "First Date". The extremely direct and vulgar track is a single from the rapper's upcoming album "Street King Immortal".

In the video, the "Get Rich or Die Tryin' " artist sports silver paint over his muscle-bound body and flirts and exchanges knowing glances and body-melting stares at lot of sexy and scantily-clad women in what seems to be an underground club scene. At first listen, the 37-year-old emcee from New York wastes no time in playing hard-to-get and goes straight to the point with his message that, "Life's too short to not f**k on the first date."

The Eif Rivera-directed video combines 50 Cent's raw and racy lyrics with visuals of women's hands all grabbing the pumped-up bare chest of the hip hop master. The video also features in-your-face explicit rhymes from "Blow the Whistle" rapper Too Short as he, just like Fif, is swamped by libido-fired women who have their hands all over the rapper.

With the release of "First Date", "Street King Immortal" promises to give fans that classic 50 Cent that they all know and love. The single is available on iTunes as a digital download while the full album is set to drop soon in early 2013.
